To add a column to the Recorded Responses screen, hover over the Header, click on the plus sign, and select the data you want to add. The screen for Responses in Progress shows you the start time, last activity, scheduled expiration, the last question the respondent answered, and the overall progress. The expiration depends on the option you chose under Survey Options on the Survey tab.
You can set Qualtrics to record partial responses at 4 days to up to one year after the last activity. The number corresponds to the block in Qualtrics Survey Flow. The nomenclature would be the same in Excel.
